About the artist

Hey, I'm Diego.

Most folks know me as DiegoRobot. I'm an artist from El Paso, born and raised right here on the border.

My work is colorful and mixed up on purpose. Mexican culture, graffiti, pop, cubism, religious icons, stuff from the streets here. I paint what I'm living through.

The robot is a big part of it. Part of him came from the joy and innocence I see in my daughter, part of him is just me, figuring out how to keep going with a good heart. He's got a big smile, a glowing chest, and a paintbrush.

Thanks for being here, whether you've followed for years or just found this. I'm just sharing my art until it finds the right people.
